Comp Points may be exchanged to bonuses. General bonus terms are applied to these bonuses unless stated otherwise.

The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a (no deposit) bonus is 50 EUR.

All bonuses are limited to one instance per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method, email address and any public environments where computers and IP addresses are shared such as, but not limited to, universities, libraries and workplaces. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they do not hold any other accounts in the casino. Breaching this term may lead to winnings being confiscated from the bonus. The casino’s decision will be final.

The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 EUR, 5 USD, 50 NOK, 300 RUB, 7 CAD. To get any deposit bonus credited to your account, you need a deposit of at least 20 EUR or equivalent. Please note that breaching the maximum bet rule leads to all winnings from the bonus being confiscated and the associated deposit (if any) being refunded. The casino’s decision will be final.

The player’s money is wagered first when the bonus is linked to the deposit (e.g. match bonus), followed by bonus money. However, when the player has real and bonus money from a separately activated bonus (i.e. not connected to the real funds on the balance), bonus money is wagered first.

You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked.

All deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 50 times.

Bonus Terms and Conditions as published on the Website are in English, and the English version of these Terms and Conditions forms the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority.

The Website reserves the right to update Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time.

Bonus Wagering Terms

Please note that each game has its own wagering contribution:

Table games – Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5% (except games with a live dealer).
Video poker – 5%.
Roulette, Poker – 5% (except games with a live dealer).
Slots – 100% (except games excluded from bonus wagering).
Live games – 0%.

Please note that games excluded from bonus wagering technically cannot be played while a bonus is active.

If wagering requirements have not been met within the bonus validity period, both bonus money and winnings will be removed from the player’s balance.

Any bonus can be cancelled before you start playing it through. Please contact the Website’s support service to find out more about cancelling your bonus.

A player can change currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus has been completed.

Players can request a withdrawal of their deposits before meeting the wagering requirements, but the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

A bonus is automatically cancelled when the active balance reaches 0.05 USD, 0.05 EUR, 0.05 RUB, 0.05 NOK, 0.05 AUD, 0.05 JPY, 0.05 NZD, 0.05 CAD, 0.05 PLN, 0.000001 BTC, 0.00001 BCH, 0.00001 ETH, 0.0005 LTC, 10 DOG, 0.05 USDT or less.*

*This term applies only to the balance tied to the bonus, i.e. deposit plus bonus or only the bonus in the case of a no deposit bonus. It does not apply to funds on the player’s balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

Additional Terms

The management of the Website casino reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.

Abuse of the bonus offers available at the Website casino is forbidden. If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable the option of using any bonuses for that account in the future.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

Breaching the Terms and Conditions of a bonus, cash bonus or other promotional offer.
Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.

It is forbidden to postpone any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, until a time when you no longer need to play through the bonus and/or make new deposits. Players who do so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

The use of bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages is prohibited. For example, bonus or cash funds must not be used purely to progress through bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach a bonus feature) and then completing the final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins and unlock the bonus feature) with cash bets after bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or wagering has been met and converted to cash. All winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
